Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects
- Understand client needs and tailor CRM solutions to meet their requirements
- Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth
Candidate requirements
- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the CRM or tech industry
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and their benefits
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
