Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Full Stack Developer to join our Strategy team. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development, with a strong command of back-end technologies, front-end frameworks, and UI/UX principles. This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
A. Front-End Development
  • Develop and maintain responsive, interactive web interfaces using React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate APIs and dynamic content.
  • Optimize front-end performance for speed, scalability, and user experience.
B. Full-Stack Development
  • Design and implement end-to-end solutions using Node.js, PHP, Yii2, MySQL, MongoDB, and Redis.
  • Ensure code quality and maintainability through best practices and modern development standards.
C. UI/UX Design
  • Translate business goals into user-centric designs with wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.
  • Create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces aligned with user needs and business objectives.
  • Conduct usability testing and refine designs based on feedback.
D. Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and define deliverables.
  • Participate in design and code reviews to maintain high standards across the stack.
E. User-Centered Design
  • Conduct user research to identify user needs, challenges, and pain points.
  • Apply UX best practices to enhance user satisfaction and product usability.
Required Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).

Skills and Expertise:

  • Back-End Expertise: Proficient in Node.js, PHP, and Yii2, with strong database skills in MySQL, MongoDB, and Redis.
  • Front-End Proficiency: Skilled in React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with expertise in building responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
  • Full-Stack Architecture: Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and scalable application design.
  • Optimization: Demonstrated experience in debugging, performance tuning, and delivering efficient, high-quality solutions.
  • Version Control: Advanced proficiency with Git and version control workflows.

Experience:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.
  • Proven track record in building reusable components and maintaining design systems.
  • Expertise in cross-browser compatibility and responsive design development.
